1.
Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die Techcast GmbH hat ihren Sitz in München und
wird im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München in
Abteilung B unter der Nummer 178080 geführt.
Die GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die
Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft
gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.
Soweit Wahlrechte zwischen der Darstellung und dem Ausweis in der Bilanz oder im Anhang bestehen, wurden die Darstellung und der Ausweis im Anhang gewählt. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen
des § 288 HGB sowie der Schutzklausel des § 286
HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
2.
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres wurden
unverändert beibehalten.
Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und
Bewertungsmethoden angewendet:
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das
Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten,
vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer
zwischen von bis zu drei Jahren) angesetzt.
Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen
wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen
berücksichtigt.
Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten
wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert.
Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen
Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren
Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren
Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.
3.
Angaben zur Bilanz
Der Bilanzgewinn entwickelte sich wie folgt: Gewinnvortrag zum 31. Dezember 2022 Euro 869.597,53
Jahresüberschuss 2023 Euro 177.858,33
Ausschüttungen 2023 Euro 250.000,00
Bilanzgewinn zum 31. Dezember 2023 Euro 797.455,86
Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen das Ergebnis des
laufenden Geschäftsjahres.
In den sonstigen Rückstellungen sind
Rückstellungen für Personalkosten in Höhe
von Euro 114.856,35, für Berufsgenossenschaft in
Höhe von Euro 3.500,00, für Abschlusskosten in
Höhe von Euro 8.000,00 sowie für Tantiemen in
Höhe von Euro 52.700,00 enthalten.
Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestehen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen in Höhe von jährlich Euro 73.000,00.
4.
Sonstige Angaben
Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 erfolgte die
Geschäftsführung der Techcast GmbH durch die
Geschäftsführerin Frau Rosemarie Schuster,
Kauffrau, München.
Die Geschäftsführerin ist von den
Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
