A. Allgemeine Angaben Die Bilanz wurde nach § 266 HGB gegliedert. Von einer Verkürzung gemäß § 265 Abs. 7 HGB wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht § 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkosten- verfahren). Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften aufgestellt. Abweichungen in den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Vergleich zum Vorjahr liegen nicht vor. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Anlagevermögen Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Zugänge an beweglichen und unbeweglichen Wirtschaftsgütern des Anlagevermögens im Jahr 2023 wurden linear und degressiv abgeschrieben. Die Annahme der Nutzungsdauer erfolgte in Anlehnung an die steuerlichen Abschreibungstabellen und betriebsindividuellen Erfahrungen. Geringwertige Anlagegüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs vollständig abgeschrieben und im Anlagenspiegel als Abgang dargestellt. Umlaufvermögen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert ausgewiesen. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung von 3,5 % auf Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen Rechnung getragen. Spezielle Risiken werden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen bilanziert. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten sind in nachfolgendem Verbindlichkeitenspiegel ersichtlich: D. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren durchschnittlich 6 Personen beschäftigt. Alleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer waren Frau Carola Seifert und Herr Jörg Seifert; sie sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
