sonstige BerichtsbestandteileA. Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 2013Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2013 der Objekt Offenbach GmbH wurde entsprechend den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches (§§ 264 HGB) unter Beachtung der going concern Prämisse aufgestellt. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, Herstellungskosten bzw. zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Forderungen werden mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bilanziert. Bei der Bildung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten im Rahmen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung getragen. Die Bilanzierung erfolgte in Höhe des vermutlichen Bedarfs. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert. Von den Größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB wurde in Bezug auf die Erstellung eines Verbindlichkeitsspiegels nach § 285 Nr. 2 HGB gebrauch gemacht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Gliederung und Bewertung der Bilanz- und GuV-Posten entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. A. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Umsatzerlöse Im Veranlagungsjahr wurden der Firma Perspecta GmbH diverse Beratungsleistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Objekt Koloniestr. in Berlin in Rechnung gestellt. Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen setzen sich aus Beiträgen und Beratungskosten zusammen. B. Sonstige Angaben Arbeitnehmer Die Gesellschaft hatte in 2013 keine Angestellten beschäftigt.
