ANHANG1. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. a) Bilanzierungsmethoden Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet worden. Aufgrund einer Gesetzesänderung durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz vom 25. Mai 2009 sind die Ausstehenden Einlagen auf das Gezeichnete Kapital nicht wie in den Vorjahren aktivisch ausgewiesen, sondern sind auf der Passivseite offen vom Gezeichneten Kapital abgesetzt worden. b) Bewertungsmethoden Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet. Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahres sind unabhängig von Zeitpunkt der Zahlung berücksichtigt worden. Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten oder zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind mit 4 % p.a. abgezinst worden. Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Rechnung getragen wird. Sie sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. 2. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr in Höhe von T€ 19 enthalten. Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von T€ 286 enthalten. Von den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen T€ 2 gegenüber Gesellschaftern. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 3. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer ist Herr Joachim W e i e r s h a u s, Geschäftsführer. Die Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der F l o t t w e g H o l d i n g o H G. 4. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen a) Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB Am Jahresabschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse. b) Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen gemäß § 285 Nr. 3a HGB Am Jahresabschlussstichtag bestanden keine sonstigen Verpflichtungen.
