ANHANGDer Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Erleichterung für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften ( § 266 Abs. 1 S.3, 288 HGB) wurde in Anspruch genommen. Der in 2009 gebildete Sammelposten für GWG wird auf 5 Jahre abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 €. Die ausstehenden Einlagen wurden passivisch ausgewiesen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer ist Herr Lars Scherf, Energieelektroniker Er ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Frau Ellen Straub ist zum 31.05.2010 aus der Gesellschaft ausgeschieden. Gez. Geschäftsführer
