AnhangiSi-GmbH Anhang zur Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2023 A. Allgemeine Angaben Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden die Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtlinien-Gesetzes angewendet. Die Gliederung der veröffentlichten Bilanz erfolgt nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für so genannte kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 266, 267 HGB). B. Erläuterung zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Aktiva 1. Anlagevermögen Unter dieser Position werden immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen ausgewiesen; die Ansätze erfolgen zu den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen. 2. Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert aktiviert. Passiva 1. Rückstellungen Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten sind entsprechend dem voraus-sichtlichen Bedarf nach vernünftiger Beurteilung gebildet. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. C. Ergänzende Angaben Als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft fungierte im Jahr 2023 Frau Dr. Helen Wagner als alleinige Geschäftsführerin der Gesellschaft. Darmstadt, 14.05.2025 iSi-GmbH gez.
