ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben zur Bilanzierung und zu den Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Exit Bauart GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im einzelnen waren dies fologende Grundsätze und Methoden: Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegagenen Geschäftsjahres überein. Sachanlagevermögen liegt nicht vor. Finanzanlagen liegen nicht vor. Rückstellungen, sonstige Rückstellugen oder Steuerrückstellungen wurden nicht gebildet. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden nicht gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Besondere Angaben zu Bewertungsvereinfachungen Hiervon wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten gem. § 251 HGB bestehen nicht. Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag Das Jahresergebnis stammt aus dem Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit. Ergebnisverwendung Der Verlust i.H.v. € 5.450,62 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Ausschüttungen finden nicht statt. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Geschäftsführer Herrn Abhishek Gupta geführt.
