Anhang für 2010Taxi Drozyn GmbH, 67105 SchifferstadtGeschäftsführer des Unternehmens ist: Frau Lisa Drozyn Zu den in der Bilanz angewandten Bewertungsmethoden läßt sich folgendes sagen: Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit den historischen Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die Abschreibung bewertet. Durch Anpassungsbuchungen wurde das Anlagevermögen an die handelsrechtliche Bewertung herangeführt. Die Anlagengegenstände wurden linear abgeschrieben. Die Neuzugänge wurden linear und zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Die älteren Fahrzeuge wurden veräußert. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu einem Wert von 150,- Euro wurden sofort abgeschrieben. Für die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter ab einem Wert von 150,- bis 1.000,- Euro wurde ein Sammerlposten gebildet. Die noch abzurechnenden Leistungen aus Krankenfahrten des Jahres 2010 wurden geschätzt. Die Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistungen sind abgerechnete Leistungen, die in 2011 vereinnahmt wurden. Die Forderungen gegenüber der Muttergesellschaft haben sich auf 5.729,63 Euro gemindert und werden verzinst. Das Bankguthaben wurde durch den Kontoauszug zum Bilanzstichtag nachgewiesen. Die Anpassungsbuchungen wurden in die Gewinnrücklage eingestellt. Die Rückstellungen wurden nach der Höhe ihrer voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme geschätzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet. Die Geschäftsführerin Frau Lisa Drozyn hat für die Gesellschaft Auslagen getätigt, die kurzfristig zurück gezahlt wurden. Die Gesellschafterin Drozyn Verwaltungs GmbH hatte der Gesellschaft ein kurzfristiges verzinsliches Darlehen in Höhe von 1.641,07 Euro zur Verfügung gestellt. Für den offenlegungspflichtigen Jahresabschluß wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für die kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gem. 267 HGB in Anspruch genommen.
