ANHANG zum Jahresabschluss 2011 (31.März 2011)Die Roland Modellbahnstudio Gmbh ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der Roland modellbahnstudio GmbH & Co. KG. Die GmbH ist Geschäftsführerin der GmbH & Co. KG. Die Beteiligung wurde mit den anschaffungskosten bewertet. der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte zum Verkaufswert. Mit Vertrag vom 30.12.2010 wurden die Stammeinlagen auf Euro umgestellt und auf 25.600 Euro erhöht. Lagebericht: Die Verluste in den Vorjahren und im Wirtschaftsjahr haben das Kapital der GmbH aufgezehrt. Die Verbindlichkeiten bestehen allerdings nur gegenüber der verbundenen KG und beruhen auf den Verlustzuweisungen aus der KG als Mitgesellschafterin. Ab 2011 wird die GmbH durch eine Änderung der Gesellschaftsvertrages am Verlust der KG nicht mehr beteiligt sein und nur noch als reine Haftungs-GmbH mit Haftungsvergütung tätig werden.
