AnhangI. Angaben zum JahresabschlussA. Allgemeines Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2009 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung erstellt. Soweit für Pflichtangaben Wahlrechte bestehen, diese in der Bilanz oder im Anhang darzustellen, sind diese aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit im Anhang dargestellt. Die Ausweisstetigkeit wurde gewahrt, ein grundlegender Bewertungswechsel gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Bilanzierungswahlrechte wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Bewertung des Anteilsbesitzes erfolgt grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten. Der Ansatz der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zu Nennwerten. Der Bestand an liquiden Mitteln wird mit Nominalwerten bewertet. Die Rückstellungen werden mit den zu erwartenden Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zum Rückzahlungsbetrag. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von EUR 13.178,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00). Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben alle eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 25.221,00). II.
