ANHANG1. Anwendung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften Der Jahresabschluß 2010 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist zum 31. Dezember 2010 eine kleine Gesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den Erleichterungsregeln des § 288 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gesellschaft hat zum 31. Dezember 2008 ihre operative Tätigkeit eingestellt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bewertung wurde trotz Einstellens des operativen Geschäftsbetriebes unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) vorgenommen. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze der Vorjahre wurden beibehalten. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. 3. Sonstige Angaben
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Geschäftsführer Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2010 war Ilse Lau, Kauffrau.
