ANHANGI. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den steuerlich aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen linear über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer. Bei Zugängen erfolgt die Abschreibung zeitanteilig. Für Zugänge mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen EUR 150,00 und EUR 1.000,00 wird ein Sammelposten gebildet und über eine Nutzungsdauer von fünf Jahren abgeschrieben. Zugänge unter EUR 150,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs als Aufwand erfasst. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenständen sind mit dem Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die flüssigen Mittel sind mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. II. Angaben zur Bilanz Sämtliche Forderungen und Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Der nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckte Fehlbetrag zum 31. Dezember 2009 beträgt EUR 161.620,78. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten solche aus Steuern in Höhe von EUR 859,28 (Vj. EUR 2.073,71) und Verbindlichkeiten im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit in Höhe von EUR 671,25 (Vj. EUR 233,01). Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Aktionären bestehen in Höhe von EUR 153.464,00 (Vj. EUR 152.845,00). III. Aktiengattungen Das Grundkapital setzt sich zusammen aus 50.000 Stückaktien zu je EUR 1,00. Es handelt sich um vinkulierte Namensaktien. IV. Organe Der Vorstand setzte sich im Berichtsjahr aus den folgenden Personen zusammen: Simon Ritter, Berlin Herr Ritter, Vorstand und Aktionär, hat mit Vertrag vom 1. März 2008 der Gesellschaft ein Darlehen über EUR 145.000.00 gewährt. Das Darlehen ist mit 6 % verzinst. Herr Ritter hat bezüglich seiner Darlehensforderung einen Rangrücktritt erklärt.
