Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Positionen der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach § 284 HGB a) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet. b) Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den fortgeführten Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe der mutmaßlichen Inanspruchnahme dotiert. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet. c) Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gliederung entspricht dem Gesamtkostenverfahren. d) Sonstige Angaben Im Berichtszeitraum waren vier Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Neben den bilanzierten und ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestanden keine weiteren Haftungsverhältnisse. Die Geschäftsführer der Plesa Prozessleitsysteme und Automatisierungs GmbH sind im Berichtszeitraum Herr Karl Kairies, B.Sc.Comp.Sc. und Herr John Clement, B.Sc.Elec.Eng. e) Unterzeichnung des Jahresabschlusses Salz, 03.06.2013 gez. Karl Kairies John Clement sonstige Berichtsbestandteile Angaben zur Feststellung: Der vorläufige Jahresabschluss wurde am 03.06.2013 festgestellt. |
