ANHANGA. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses auf den 31. Dezember 2011 erfolgt nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des 3. Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches, der Ausweis der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung hierbei nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gesellschaft hat von den Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB (Nichterstellung eines Lageberichtes), § 274 a HGB und § 288 HGB (verkürzter Anhang) Gebrauch gemacht. B. Angaben zu einzelnen Positionen der Bilanz Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht. C. Sonstige Angaben Zum Geschäftsführer war im Berichtsjahr Herr Reginald Giers bestellt. Bei dem vorstehenden zur Offenlegung bestimmten Jahresabschluß handelt es sich um die nach § 326 HGB für Offenlegungszwecke verkürzte Fassung. Berlin, den 26.03.2013
