Allgemeine Angaben; Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDer Bilanzierung wurden die Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246 bis 251 HGB zugrunde gelegt. Die im Jahresabschluss ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden entsprechend den §§ 252 bis 256 HGB bewertet. Mit Beschluss vom 31.03.2011 hat die Gesellschaft ihr Geschäftsjahr auf ein vom Kalenderjahr abweichendes Geschäftsjahr vom 01.04. bis 31.03. des Folgejahres umgestellt. Das Vorjahr ist ein Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr. II. Angaben zum JahresergebnisIn 2011/12 ist ein Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR 1.115,11 entstanden. Der Gewinnvortrag erhöht sich dadurch auf EUR 9.413,83. Dieser Betrag soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden. Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 12.406,37 hat eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr und ist nicht durch Pfandrechte besichert. III. Sonstige AngabenDie Gesellschaft beschäftigt neben dem Geschäftsführer keine weiteren Arbeitnehmer. Die Geschäftsführung hat im Geschäftsjahr 2011/12 Herr Peter Rathmann, Kaufmann, wahrgenommen. Die RathmannVerlag GmbH ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Rathmann-Verlag GmbH & Co. KG, Kiel und der Holsteiner Masters GmbH & Co. KG, Kiel.
