AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist nach den Größenkriterien des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB zum 31. Oktober 2012 eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. November 2011 bis 31. Oktober 2012 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt worden. Die einschlägigen Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes wurden beachtet. Die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 266 HGB eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz wurden für Zwecke der Offenlegung in Anspruch genommen. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 274a und § 288 HGB wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen. Für Zwecke der Offenlegung wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sowie Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von EUR 906,43 (Vorjahr: EUR 520,16). Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem Stammkapital laut Gesellschaftsvertrag sowie der Handelsregistereintragung und beträgt TEUR 25. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen erkennbare Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. III. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer der Summit Real-Estate Rho GmbH, Berlin, ist Frau Katja Heffner, Kauffrau, Berlin. Der Geschäftsführer vertritt die Gesellschaft allein, solange kein weiterer Geschäftsführer bestellt ist, und ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Konzernabschluss Konzernobergesellschaft ist zum Bilanzstichtag die Summit Real Estate Holdings Ltd., Haifa/Israel. Die Gesellschaft stellt einen Konzernabschluss auf und ist an der Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Israel, gelistet. Berlin, den 14. Mai 2013 gez.
