ANHANGSchuh'n lay GmbH 1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen 1. Anwendung des Bilanzrichtlinien-Gesetzes Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2011 wurde unter Beachtung der vorschriften der §§ 264 ff HGB und des § 42 GmbHG aufgestellt. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB finden Anwendung; auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB verzichtet. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze a) Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. b) Erkenntnisse nach dem Bilanzstichtag, die Einfluss auf die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften haben können, liegen nicht vor. c) Wagnisse und ungewisse Verpflichtungen, die im Jahresabschluss und Anhang nicht ausgewiesen worden sind, liegen ebenfalls nicht vor. d) Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem Gesellschaftsvertrag und der Handelsregistereintragung. e) Rückstellung für Abschluss und Prüfung für Bilanz 2011. f) bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen erfolgte der Ansatz mit dem Nennwert. g) Das Gesellschafterdarlehen wurde mit 0,5 % verzinst. II. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer sind herr Günter Bischoff und Frau Hadmut Bischoff, 83209 Prien, Watzmannstraße 120
