Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2015 der Appel Group GmbH ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden. Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind beibehalten worden. Von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten der §§ 266 Abs. 1, 274 a, 276 und 288 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften ist bei der Aufstellung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in eingeschränktem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht worden. Ein Lagebericht wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 HGB nicht aufgestellt. Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung enthalten entsprechend § 265 Abs. 2 HGB die Vergleichsbeträge des Vorjahres. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die unter den Finanzanlagen ausgewiesenen Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen und Beteiligungen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie das Bankguthaben werden zu ihrem Nominalwert bilanziert. Die ausgewiesenen Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bewertet worden. Ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und Risiken sind in angemessener Höhe berücksichtigt worden. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet worden. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen sowie Zuschreibungen sind nicht vorgenommen worden. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Alle in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Zum Abschlussstichtag bestanden folgende Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB: Unbefristete selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft für die Brand Factory Sales GmbH, Frankfurt gegenüber der HSH Nordbank in Höhe von EUR 400.000,00. 4 . Sonstige Angaben Angaben zu Mitgliedern der Geschäftsleitung Geschäftsführer der Appel Group GmbH sind Herr Jost Syring und Herr Kai Maser. Angaben zum Anteilsbesitz Im Folgenden werden die Angaben zu Unternehmen zusammengefasst, an denen die Appel Group GmbH Anteile von mehr als 20% hält:
