Die Forderungen sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Anlagevermögen: Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Anlagegegenstände wurde auf der Basis der steuerlichen AFA - Tabellen nach dem jeweiligen Mindestwert geschätzt. Desweiteren wurde, soweit Zulässig, die Sonderabschreibung nach § 7g EStG in Anspruch genommen. Von der Vereinfachungsregelung des R44(2)3 EStG wurde, soweit Zulässig, Gebrauch gemacht. B. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ Die durchschnittliche Zahl der Arbeitnehmer gem. § 267 (5) HGB belief sich im Berichtsjahr auf 3. Sonstige Angaben Als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr bestellt Herr Bernd Hegemann, Vörstetten. sonstige BerichtsbestandteileAngaben zur Feststellung: Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 15.08.2025 festgestellt.
