Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 2010A. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDer Jahresabschluss der Firma Bohl GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die Anpassung der bisherigen Form der Darstellung und der bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden waren nicht erforderlich. Eine Durchbrechung der Stetigkeit liegt insoweit nicht vor (Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 1 EGHGB). Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. Die Gesellschaft hat ihr operatives Geschäft zum 30.06.2007 eingestellt. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgt zum Nennwert. Die Rückstellungen werden nach den Grundsätzen kaufmännischer Vorsicht gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. C. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführerin der Gesellschaft ist Frau Jutta Bohl, Leimbach. Die Geschäftsführerin ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Die Geschäftsführung hat keine Bezüge erhalten.
