A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss wird in Anwendung der für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften aufgestellt.

Die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und der Davon-Vermerke werden in Tausend-€ angegeben.

Änderungen der Bewertungsmethoden durch die erstmalige Anwendung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) ergaben sich im Berichtsjahr nicht.

Die übrigen Aktiva werden zu Nennwerten bilanziert.

Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung angesetzt und bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
