Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010ANZUWENDENDE VORSCHRIFTEN 1. Anwendung des Handelsgesetzbuches Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 I HGB auf. Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgen nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufge-stellt (§§ 265 I 2, 266 ff. HGB). Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das Eigenkapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihren jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.
ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ 3. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Bei den ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen bestehen Restlaufzeiten von mehr als einem Jahr in Höhe von € 612,30. 4. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. SONSTIGE ANGABEN 5. Geschäftsführung Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 war Frau Nicola Januschke-Bleicher, Kauffrau, München als alleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführerin bestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist persönlich haftender Gesellschafter der Franz Hoffmann Grund-stücksverwaltungsgesellschaft Haberlandstr. 55 GmbH & Co. KG. 6.
