ANHANG FUR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR VOM 01. JULI 2010 BIS 30. JUNI 20111. Bilanzierung und BewertungDer Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen wurden überwiegend nach der linearen Methode ermittelt. Zugänge wurden zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Aus Vereinfachungsgründen wurden Vermögensgegenständen mit Anschaffungs- kosten bis € 410 im Jahr der Anschaffung sofort abgeschrieben. Der in 2009 gebildete Sammelposten für Gegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen € 150 und € 1.000 wird entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden in dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Umfang gebildet und berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 2. Sonstige AngabenZur Geschäftsführung sind berufen:
Die Gesellschaft ist ein verbundenes Unternehmen zur Infigen Energy Limited, Sydney / Australien, und zu allen mit dieser Gesellschaft verbundenen Unternehmen. Die Gesellschaft wird in den Konzernabschluss dieses Mutterunternehmens einbezogen.
