Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2015der Digital Business Group GmbHI. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 246 bis 256 HGB und der sie ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 264 bis 288 HGB sowie nach den Bestimmungen des GmbH-G und des Gesellschaftervertrages aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die ab dem Jahr 2010 geltenden Vorschriften des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes wurden angewendet. Die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen wurden auf Grund des Wahlrechts nicht angepasst. Der Grundsatz der Darstellungsstetigkeit gemäß § 265 Abs. 1 HGB ist beachtet worden. Die Gesellschaft ist eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267a HGB. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu den Anschaffungskosten zu bewerten. Die Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz, Umlaufvermögen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstande haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Organe: Im Geschäftsjahr 2015 war zu Geschäftsführern bestellt: Steffen Müller, Hannover V. Angaben zur Feststellung: Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 15.08.2017 festgestellt.
