Bilanzierung und Bewertung Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der deutschen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Beim Ansatz und bei der Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurde berücksichtigt, dass derzeit nicht absehbar ist, warm die Gesellschaft ihren Geschäftsbetrieb wieder aufnimmt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 2.
