Purpose

Gegenstand der Gesellschaft ist insbesondere - die Erbringung besonderer nichtärztlicher Leistungen der Behandlungspflege gemäß § 37 SGB V, inbesondere - aber nicht ausschließlich - auf dem Gebiet der Wundversorgung, - das Angebot Kurzzeitpflege, - das Angebot eines koordinierten Überleitungs- und Entlassmanagements zur Vermeidung von Versorgungsbrüchen, - das Angebot eines optimierten Schnittstellenmanagements unter Einbeziehung aller beteiligten Player (insbesondere Ärzte, Pflegedienste, Reha-Einrichtungen, Sanitätshäuser, Homecare-Lieferanten, Apotheker, Ärzte), - das Angebot eines Sanitäts- und Verbandhandels, - das Angebot von Beratungsleistungen, wie z.B. Advanced Care Planning (ACP), - spezielle Schulungsangebote.
