Anhang zum Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2011der Firma DCH Solar GmbH, 57080 SiegenI. Allgemeine AngabenDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. §§ 264a, 267 Abs. 1 HGB. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie Erstellung des vorliegenden Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter Beachtung der handels- und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften. Posten der Bilanz, die weder im Geschäftsjahr noch im Vorjahr einen Betrag ausweisen, werden gemäß § 265 Abs. 8 HGB nicht angegeben. Bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz werden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewandt: Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Die Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken und werden in Höhe des Betrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Grundsätzliche Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten sind nicht zu verzeichnen. III. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführer Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Person geführt: Herr Jingshen Li, Heckerdamm 233, 13627 Berlin Herr Shi Li, Amendestr. 92, 13409 Berlin Der Abschluss wurde am 27.12.2012 festgestellt. |
