Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 A. Anwendung des Bilanzrichtliengesetzes Die Gesellschaft wendet auf den Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2010 die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes vom 29.05.2009 an. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Die Gesellschaft erfüllt gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB die Merkmale einer "kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft" und nimmt die größenklassenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 274a und 288 HGB bei der Aufstellung des Anhanges und bei der Offenlegung § 327 HGB weitgehend in Anspruch. Gemäß Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB hat die Gesellschaft auf eine Anpassung der Vorjahreswerte aufgrund der erstmaligen Anwendung der BilMoG verzichtet. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2010 ist gem. § 244 HGB in Euro aufgestellt. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze und Erläuterung der Bilanzposi tionen Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Der Anlagespiegel ist diesem Bericht als Anlage beigefügt. Nach Mitteilung der Geschäftsführung waren im Forderungsbestand per 31.12.2010 keine Einzelrisiken zu berücksichtigen. Unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Kautionen ausgewiesen. Die flüssigen Mittel werden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten alle zum Erstellungszeitpunkt erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernüftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist (§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB). Rückstellungen wurden für Abschlusskosten gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert (§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB). C. Ergänzende Angaben Geschäftsführung: Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2010 waren Herr Jonathan Margulies und Herr Thomas Schwenk. D. Ergebnisverwendung Der Jahresüberschuss wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
