Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist die Darstellung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden orientieren sich an den handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen. Der Ansatz der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und des Guthabens bei Kreditinstituten erfolgte zu Nennwerten. Der Wertansatz der Rückstellungen berücksichtigt alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen ist kein Betrag mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr enthalten. 2. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen setzen sich aus ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten, im Wesentlichen aus laufenden und zu erwartenden Inanspruchnahmen zusammen.
Geschäftsführer Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft zum Bilanzstichtag ist Frau Grit Drechsel. Sie ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Arbeitnehmer Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Kalenderjahr keine Arbeitnehmer. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Am Bilanzstichtag lagen keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen vor.
