ANHANGVorbemerkung Die A.R.T. STUDIOS GmbH hat ihren Sitz in 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Hanauer Landstr. 136, und ist im Handelsregister von Frankfurt am Main unter der HRB Nr. 106304 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft erfüllt die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2022 bis zum 31. Dezember 2022 wurde gemäß den §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach §§ 274a, 288 Abs. 1 HGB (soweit anwendbar) wird Gebrauch gemacht. Angaben im Sinne von §§ 268 Abs. 7 und 285 Nummer 9 Buchstabe c HGB sind nicht zu machen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen (pro rata temporis), angesetzt. Der Ansatz des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige, lineare Abschreibungen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen werden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe der erwarteten Ausgaben nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung zum Erfüllungsbetrag gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Aus Miet- und Leasingvereinbarungen bestehen "Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen" mit einer Laufzeit von bis zu zwei Jahren von 181 TEUR (Vj: 181 TEUR). Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer ist Herr Matthias Heisig, Rüsselsheim. Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter bestehen Forderungen in Höhe von 1.858,49 EUR (Vj: 749,03 EUR).
