Allgemeine Angaben
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die
Größenmerkmale einer kleinen
Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 (1) HGB
aus.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
(grundsätzlich)
Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der
Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des
Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen
Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes
beachtet.
Bilanz
Die Vermögensgegenstände des
Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten
abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen
bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden linear vorgenommen.
Für Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit
Anschaffungskosten bis € 1.000,00 wurde ein
Sammelposten gebildet, der planmäßig in 5 Jahen
aufgelöst wird.
Die Bewertung der Vorräteerfolgte zu
Anschaffungskosten nach dem Durchschnittsverfahren bzw. dem
niedrigeren Teilwert.
Forderungen mit € 27.182,53 (Vorjahr: €
10.000,00) haben eine Restlaufzeit von mehr
als einem Jahr. Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden
Forderungen mit € 8.340,00.
(Vorjahr: € 7.754,16).
Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten noch nicht
veranlagte Steuern.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle
weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeien
gebildet.
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag
angesetzt.
Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden
Verbindlichkeiten mit € 4.794,52.
(Vorjahr: € 4.607,51)
Verbindlichkeiten mit € 109.914,53 haben eine
Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
