Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen Die Karpati Handels-GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Hamburg. Sie ist unter der Nummer HRB 144778 im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Hamburg eingetragen. II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne des § 264 HGB i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde unter der Beachtung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die handelsrechtliche Bilanzierung wurde unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung vorgenommen. Bei der Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihren jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. IV. Angaben zur Bilanz 1) Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. 2) Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht. V. Sonstige Angaben Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Konzernzugehörigkeit Den Konzernabschluss für den größten Kreis von Unternehmen, in den die Gesellschaft einbezogen wird, stellt die Wünsche GmbH & Co KG, Hamburg, auf. Das Mutterunternehmen wird diesen beim Betreiber des elektronischen Bundesanzeigers elektronisch einreichen. Diese Gesellschaft und deren Tochtergesellschaften werden als verbundene Unternehmen der Karpati Handels-GmbH angesehen.
