Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. II. Angaben zu bestimmten Bilanzpositionen Die Restlaufzeit der Forderungen liegt wie im Vorjahr über einem Jahr und unter fünf Jahren. III. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr waren keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Die Gesellschaft ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin (Komplementärin) der NEXOC.GmbH & Co. KG, Dachau (Amtsgericht München, HRA 98429). Die Gesellschaft wird in den Konzernabschluss der ECOM Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Dachau (Amtsgericht München, HRA 82643), einbezogen. Der Konzernabschluss wird im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht. Als Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr bestellt: Herr Gerhard Ellinger (Kaufmann) Herr Jürgen Ellinger (Kaufmann) Als weiterer Geschäftsführer wurde Herr Dr. Roland Dietl (Kaufmann) bestellt (Handelsregistereintragung 1.
