§§ 284/285 HGB
A. Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss der Ashoka Project Management
GmbH für das Kalenderjahr 2019 wurde auf der Grundlage
der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches
aufgestellt. Soweit Wahlrechte für die Angaben in der
Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang
ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der
Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das
Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 257
HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die
Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
B. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung
einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen
Der Jahresabschluss der Siddhartha Real Estate GmbH
wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Das
Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu den Anschaffungskosten
angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige
Abschreibungen gemindert. Die planmäßigen
Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen
Nutzungsdauer der Vermögengegenstände und
entsprechend der steuerlichen Vorschriften linear
vorgenommen.
Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und
bewertet. Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung
aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Verbindlichkeiten
wurden zum Rückzahlungswert angesetzt.
C. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Als Geschäftsführer ist bestellt:
Herr Jens Putscher
Der Geschäftsführer ist von den
Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Dem
Geschäftsführer wurde Entlastung erteilt.
Nach § 245 HGB ist die Unterzeichnung des
Jahresabschlusses verpflichtend.
Im Rahmen der elektronischen Weitergabe der Daten an den
Bundesanzeiger
ersetzt die maschinenschriftliche Nennung des
Unterzeichnenden
