ANHANGA. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) aufgestellt. Die Wertansätze vom 31. Dezember 2022 wurden unverändert vorgetragen. Zur Verbesserung der Klarheit der Darstellung sind in der Bilanz Posten zusammengefasst und im Anhang gesondert ausgewiesen. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 HGB. B. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu Positionen der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung I. Grundsätze der Bilanzierung und der Bewertung Anlagevermögen Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs-kosten zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten in Verbindung mit steuerlich zulässigen planmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet, soweit nicht ein niedriger beizulegender Wert anzusetzen ist. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden in der Vergangenheit im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Umlaufvermögen Die Bewertung des Vorratsvermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips. Soweit erforderlich wird der niedrigere beizulegende Wert angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. Eigenkapital Der Stand des Kapitals entwickelte sich steuerlich wie folgt:
Stand am 31.12.2023 376.254,35€ Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bewertet. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. II. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 HGB erstellt. C. Ergänzende Angaben Organe der Gesellschaft Organe der Gesellschaft sind die Geschäftsführung und die Gesellschafterversammlung. Geschäftsführer im Berichtsjahr waren: Herr Martin Busik und Herr Jens Schulze. Anzahl der in 2023 beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Im Berichtszeitraum waren neben den Geschäftsführer 11,25 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
