ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) vom 25. Mai 2009 und des GmbH-Gesetztes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Die Gesellschaft ist als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Gesellschaft ist zum 31.12.2011 mit EUR 87.273,21 bilanziell überschuldet. Aufgrund der positiven Ergebnisplanungen wurde weiterhin unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit bilanziert. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden bleiben gegenüber dem Vorjahresabschluss grundsätzlich unverändert. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nominalwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Zu den Posten der Bilanz Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von TEUR 65 (Vorjahr: TEUR 54) enthalten. Sonstige Angaben und Erläuterungen Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Berichtszeitraum von Herrn Xavier Chotard, Kaufmann, München wahrgenommen. Haftungsverhältnisse, die zum 31. Dezember 2011 bilanziell nicht berücksichtigt sind, bestehen keine. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag 2011 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
