Angaben zur Feststellung Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 24. Oktober 2024 festgestellt. Ratbacher GmbH, Stuttgart Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Ratbacher GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart unter HRB 721989 eingetragen. 2. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. 3. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, auf der Grundlage der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauern bewertet. Die Zugänge im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden linear abgeschrieben. Die Zugänge werden grundsätzlich p.r.t. abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu EUR 800,00, deren Abgang im Anlagespiegel im Jahr des Zugangs fingiert wird, werden sofort abgeschrieben. Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Finanzanlagen werden jährlich auf ihre Werthaltigkeit überprüft. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt und unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbarer Einzelrisiken bewertet. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bei Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Die Steuerrückstellungen enthalten die noch nicht veranlagten Steuern des Geschäftsjahres und die zu erwartenden Steuernachzahlungen aus Vorjahren. Bei der Bewertung von sonstigen Rückstellungen werden erwartete Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Erfüllungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt. 4. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Eigenkapital Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von EUR 3.056.212,87 (Vj. TEUR 3.237) enthalten. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 175.038,62 (Vorjahr TEUR 406) enthalten. 5. Sonstige Angaben Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Im Geschäftsjahr wurden im Durchschnitt 44 Arbeitnehmer (Vj. 43) beschäftigt.
