ANHANGDer Jahresabschluß wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzes aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Größenabhängige Erleichertungen bei der Aufstellung und der Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und Wertpapiere wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden nach üblicher kaufmännischer Schätzung ermittelt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Herr Ulf Beckers war Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr. Das Jahresergebnis wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
