ANHANGI. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 der Optik Dissel GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB und den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Der Geschäftsbetrieb der Optik Dissel GmbH ruht seit dem 31. Dezember 2006. Die Optik Dissel GmbH ist zum 31. Dezember 2010 eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. II. ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGHSMETHODEN Die Positionen des Eigenkapitals wurden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Sie wurden so bemessen, dass sie allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Rechnung tragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III. SONSTIGE ANGABEN Alleinvertretungsberichtigte Geschäftsführerin der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr 2010: Frau Christiane Dissel, Dortmund. Die Geschäftführerin ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Dortmund, den 30. Juni 2011
