Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013I. Allgemeine AngabenDie Region Success Germany GmbH ist zum Bilanzstichtag 31. März 2013 eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Beteiligung an anderen Geschäften, insbesondere des Groß- und Einzelhandels von Modeartikeln und Accessoires; daneben Management-, Verwaltungs-, Design und Beschaffungsdienstleistungen in Verbindung mit dem Groß- und Einzelhandel von Modeartikeln und Accessoires. Die Gesellschaft wurde durch Kauf- und Abtretungsvertrag vom 27. Februar 2012 von der Blitzstart Holding AG an die Gesellschafterin der Region Success Germany GmbH, die Region Success Holdings GmbH mit Sitz in Wien, Österreich, übertragen. Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) unter Berücksichtigung des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft nimmt teilweise die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 274a und 288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gern. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr beginnt am 21. Juni 2012 und endet am 31. März 2013. Im Interesse einer besseren Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit werden die nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei den Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzubringenden Vermerke ebenso wie die Vermerke, die wahlweise in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang anzubringen sind, weitestgehend im Anhang aufgeführt. II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden1. Bilanzierung und Bewertung der Aktivposten Die flüssigen Mittel sind zum Nennwert am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. 2. Bilanzierung und Bewertung der Passivposten Das gezeichnete Kapital wird zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass die erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen berücksichtigt sind. Die Bewertung erfolgt jeweils in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um zukünftige Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichende objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zu BilanzpostenEigenkapital Das im Handelsregister eingetragene und voll eingezahlte gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 25.000,00. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten Rückstellungen für Jahresabschluss- und Steuerberatungskosten in Höhe von 16.812,13 (Vj. 6.096,59). Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen aus Gründungskosten der Region Success Germany GmbH in Höhe von € 2.500,00 (Vorjahr 2.500,00). IV. Sonstige AngabenArbeitnehmer Im Geschäftsjahr 2013 waren keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr 2013:
Gewinnverwendung Der Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von € 10.836,57 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
