AnhangA. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss I. Allgemeine Angaben Die BCJS Solar Beteiligungs-GmbH, Höltinghausen, stellt den Jahresabschluss nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften auf. Im Berichtsjahr waren erstmals die Regelungen des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) vollumfänglich anzuwenden.Das Stetigkeitsprinzip war insoweit nicht zu beachten. Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden gemäß Art. 67 Abs. 8 EGHGB nicht angepasst. Im Sinne der Klarheit und zur Verbesserung der Übersichtlichkeit werden ergänzende Angaben zu den Posten der Bilanz ausschließlich im Anhang gemacht. Ein Vorjahresvergleich ist nur eingeschränkt möglich, da es sich bei dem Vorjahresabschluss um ein Rumpfgeschäftsjahr für die Zeit vom 24. September 2009 bis 31. Dezember 2009 handelt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind die folgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend: Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle am Bilanzstichtag erkennbaren Risiken und andere ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Rückstellungen sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz A K T I V A Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. C. Sonstige Angaben I. Organe Die Geschäftsführer sind: Frau Birgit Kalvelage, Höltinghausen, Herr Christopher Kalvelage, Höltinghausen, und Herr Johann-Bernhard Kalvelage, Höltinghausen. Die Gesellschaft wird durch jeweils zwei Geschäftsführer gemeinsam vertreten. Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. II. Komplementärstellung Die BCJS Solar Beteiligungs-GmbH, Höltinghausen, ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der BCJS Solar GmbH & Co. KG. Höltinghausen, 12. Oktober 2011 gez. Birgit Kalvelage gez.
