Die x-services.eu gmbh rechnet gem § 267 HGB zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften
Die Offenlegung erfolgt gem. § 326 HGB i.V.§§ 2786 und 288 HGB.

Folgende Personen halten die Gesellschaftsanteile

1. Marco Basse, Vechelde  Ohestr. 13 d                                     35 % der Anteile

2. Jens Prüße Vechelde Mühlenweg 13                                       35 % der Anteile

3. Daniel Goebel Vechelde Erlenweg 1                                        15 % der Anteiile

4. Lutz Förste Brausnchweig Helene-Engelbrecht-Str. 15             15 % der Anteile

Als Geschäftsführer sind Herr Goebel und Herr Förste bestellt.

Die Abschreibung auf das Inventar erfolgt linear nach der Laufzeit
Sonderabschreibung gem. § 7g EstG sind in 2007 nicht vorgenommen worden.
Für Wertberichtigungen bei Forderungen oder Verbindlichkeiten lagen zum Bilanzstichtag
keine Erkenntnisse vor
