A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
1. Grundsätzliche Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 wurde nach den
Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs über die
Rechnungslegung für Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 264
HGB) aufgestellt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um
eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1
HGB. Die geänderten Vorschriften nach BILRuG wurden
angewendet.
Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma GGA GmbH mit Sitz
in Nürnberg beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts
Nürnberg unter HRB 31496 eingetragen.
B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und
Bewertungsgrundsätzen
Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen
Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246-251 HGB sowie unter
Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatzvorschriften
für Kapitalgesellschaften, §§ 268-274a,
276-278 HGB, und unter Beachtung der generellen
Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252-256 HGB sowie
unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen
Bewertungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften,
§§ 279-283 HGB, erstellt.
Im Einzelnen erfolgte die Bewertung wie folgt:
Anlagevermögen
Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und
Sachanlagen
Die Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihren
Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger
Abschreibungen bewertet.
Umlaufvermögen
Vorräte
Die Vorräte sind mit den Anschaffungskosten
angesetzt.
Forderungen und sonstige
Vermögensgegenstände
Die Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihren
Nominalwerten angesetzt.
Rückstellungen
Sonstige Rückstellungen
wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen
Verpflichtungen nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer
Beurteilung dotiert und berücksichtigen alle
erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. In den
sonstigen Rückstellungen sind ausständige
Abschlusskosten und rückständige Urlaubskosten
enthalten.
Verbindlichkeiten
sind zu Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
Sie haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr in
Höhe von 126 TEUR, von mehr als fünf Jahren in
Höhe von 134 TEUR.
