ANHANGBei der Bewertung wird von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Der Geschäftswert wurde auf 1 Jahr abgeschrieben. Die abnutzbaren Vermöggensgegenstände des AV wurden zu AK abzgl. linearer Abschreibung bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grds. mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Bankkonten auf $ Basis wurden mit dem Tageskurs per 31.12.2015 in Euro umgerechnet. Allen am Bilanzstichtag bestehenden Risiken- soweit sie bis zum 30.06.2016 erkennbar waren -ist durch Bildung ausreichender Rückstellungen Rechnung getragen worden. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Alleiniger Geschäftsführer ist Herr Dr. Bernd Fleischmann, Dipl.-Ing.
