Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt. Im Rahmen der Aufstellung des Anhangs werden für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des §288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände Konzessionen und Software wurden mit Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung linearer Abschreibungen entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Firmenwert Die SuperOffice GmbH wurde im Wege des Up-Stream-Mergers in 2017 rückwirkend auf die Team Brendel (Deutschland) GmbH (firmiert jetzt unter SuperOffice GmbH) verschmolzen. Der dabei entstandene Firmenwert in Höhe EUR 4.773.974,17 wird gem. § 253 Abs. 3 Satz 3 und 4 HGB über eine Nutzungsdauer von 10 Jahren abgeschrieben. Der Ansatz des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen. Für Zugänge von Vermögensgegenständen mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 wurde der Sofortabzug gewählt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung ausreichend berücksichtigt. Ferner wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen in Höhe von EUR 26.770,00 vorgenommen. Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert aktiviert. Unter dem aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzunqsposten werden Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Das gezeichnete Eigenkapital wird zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe ihrer voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet. Die übrigen Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Als passive Rechnungsabgrenzunqsposten wurden Einnahmen vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit diese Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung werden gemäß § 256a HGB zum Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. III. Angaben zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Angaben zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit größer ein Jahr bestanden nicht. Es existieren Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistungen in Höhe von 757.810,40 EUR, Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen bestehen mit 3.205.947,27 EUR gegenüber Super Office AS, Forderungen aus dem Finanzverkehr und sonstige Forderungen bestehen nicht.
