I. Allgemeine Angaben zur Gesellschaft und zum
Jahresabschluss
Firma: FKP Eventservice GmbH Sitz: Große Elbstraße 277a, 22767 Hamburg Registergericht: Amtsgericht Hamburg Handelsregister-Nummer: HRB 104150 Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz aufgestellt. Bei Ausweiswahlrechten werden die Angaben zur Wahrung der Übersichtlichkeit im Anhang gemacht.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind im Geschäftsjahr 2023 unverändert gegenüber dem Vorjahr geblieben. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sowie Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wer-den zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich aufgelaufener Abschreibungen bilanziert. Die Abschreibungen werden planmäßig entsprechend der linearen Abschreibungs-methode über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen. Die Bewertungsregeln des § 6 Abs. 2 EStG für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter und des § 6 Abs. 2a EStG (Sammelposten) wurden analog angewandt. Die unter den Vorräten bilanzierten Waren sind zu Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt. Individuelle einzelne Risiken werden durch Wertabschläge berücksichtigt. Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital wird zum Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung für erkennbare Risiken, ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und drohende Verluste in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten, soweit nicht "erhaltene Anzahlungen auf Bestellungen", sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Erhaltene Anzahlungen auf Bestellungen werden, soweit mit Umsatzsteuer belastet, mit dem Nettowert angesetzt.
III. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der
Bilanz
Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben sowohl im aktuellen Geschäftsjahr als auch im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Für Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von T€ 1.000 waren zum Bilanzstichtag mit den Gläubigern Rangrücktrittsvereinbarungen geschlossen. Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von T€ 400 haben eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr, Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht.
IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
