AnhangAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach § 266 Abs. 2 HGB. Die Bewertung der einzelnen Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Bewertung Rechnung. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen betrieblichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bewertet. In den Rückstellungen sind alle im Zeitpunkt der Bilanzierung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Bewertung erforderlich sind. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert. C. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Von dem Bilanzgewinn entfallen € 143.705,54 auf den Gewinnvortrag aus dem Vorjahr. In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind € 21.205,20 Forderungen an den Gesellschafter enthalten. Die Forderungen sind mit 5,5% verzinst worden. Für die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen bestehen die branchenüblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte. D. sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft hatte im Geschäftsjahr im Durchschnitt 23 Mitarbeiter. Alleiniger Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Martin-Christian Waetzmann.
