Anhang zur Bilanz auf den 31.12.2011der Firma Future Living GmbHAngaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Sachanlagen Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Die Anschaffungskosten beweglicher Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 410,00 wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Vorräte Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. zu Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die beizulegenden Werte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Risiken im Vorratsvermögen, die sich aus überdurchschnittlicher Lagerdauer, geminderter Verwendbarkeit sowie anderen Gründen ergaben, wurden durch angemessene Abwertungen berücksichtigt. Forderungen Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Liquide Mittel Liquide Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde für Ausgaben gebildet, die erst in späteren Wirtschaftsjahren Aufwand darstellen. Gezeichnetes Kapital Das Gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Rückstellungen Sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen € 66.669,44. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen € 12.111,09. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung Als Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens wurde Herr Florian Zacher berufen. Dem Geschäftsführer wurde von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB Befreiung erteilt
