ANHANGA. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung I. Allgemeines Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung wurde nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 246-256 HGB unter Berücksichtigung der Sondervorschriften gemäß §§ 264-283 HGB vorgenommen. DieSachanlagensind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen erfolgten nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethode. Geringwertige Anlagegüter werden im Jahr des Zuganges in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. DieFinanzanlagenwurden grundsätzlich mit ihren Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. DieForderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständesind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Bei der Bemessung derRückstellungenist allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung getragen. Sie wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. DieVerbindlichkeitenwurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. III. Bilanzerläuterungen Die Positionen desAnlagevermögenssind mit ihrem Nettobuchwert in der Bilanz ausgewiesen. Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenForderungen und Verbindlichkeitenhaben grundsätzlich zum Bilanzstichtag eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. B. Sonstige Angaben I. Geschäftsführung Die Geschäfte des Unternehmens wurden in 2010 von Stefan Kleinjung und Michael Lütsch, Köln geführt. IV. Ergebnisverwendung Der Jahresfehlbetrag des Geschäftsjahres von Euro 3.195,34 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
