Anhangfür das Geschäftsjahr 2010 Michael Wahls GmbH, Hamburg Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Einzelne Posten der Bilanz wurden wie folgt bewertet: Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet. Abnutzbare Sachanlagen werden linear über die planmäßige Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter für die Jahre 2008 und 2009 (Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten über Euro 150,00 bis Euro 1.000,00) wurde gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG ein Sammelposten gebildet und im Wirtschaftsjahr mit einem Fünftel gewinnmindernd aufgelöst. Die Vorräte werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit ein niedrigerer Wert anzusetzen ist, werden Abwertungen in ausreichendem Umfang berücksichtigt. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Verbindlichkeitenspiegel
Von den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten entfallen auf:
a) Steuern Euro 13.346,65
b) im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit Euro 0,00
An denjenigen Waren, deren Kaufpreis noch als Verbindlichkeit aus Lieferungen und Leistungen ausgewiesen ist, bestand bis zur Zahlung des Kaufpreises der übliche Eigentumsvorbehalt des Lieferanten. In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Euro 18.915,85 (Vorjahr Euro 4.258,05) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern enthalten. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer ist Herr Michael Wahls.
